Dealing with Customers

 

There are basically three main issues when it comes to dealing with Customers:

  • Handling Product Orders
  • Following up with Customers who have ordered product
  • Asking Satisfied Customers for Referrals

Please read below for tips on how to handle each of these situations.

 


 

Handling Product Orders

 

When you hear back from interested prospects, you need to be ready to get product into their hands as soon as possible so they can try it out.

 

If a prospect lives near you, sell them product out of your personal inventory. When you deliver the product, show them how to use the product and have them take a couple shots just to make sure they do it correctly. We also recommend that you make sure they read through the Product Usage Tutorial before starting on the product.

 

If a prospect does not live close to you, you will need to email them your personalized website to order the product:

If someone orders from your website, the company will drop ship the order directly to the customer and you will receive a commission for the order. (Refer to Price List for Retail Sale Commissions)

 

Important Notes:

  • Always try to email a prospect the link to your website. If you give it to them over the phone and they write it down incorrectly, it is possible that they will misspell it and you will not get proper credit for the sale.
  • When someone orders from your website, you will immediately receive an email confirmation from the system for that order. If you know that a person ordered from your website but you did not receive an email confirmation, login to your VBO and click on the Personal Customers link. If the customer is not listed here, call the Corporate office and we will look into it for you.

 


 

Following Up with Your Customers

   

FOLLOW UP IS CRUCIAL! When someone orders product from you, we HIGHLY recommend that you follow up with them to make sure they understand:

  • How to use the product
  • When to use the product
  • What to Expect when using the product

 

We also highly recommend that you work with each customer until they get good results on the product. (Refer to Product Training)

Since our product is such a new concept, most people will have no idea how to use it and will need your guidance to ensure they get the best possible results.  If they do not have a good experience with the product, you will lose their business.  This is not what you want.

We recommend working closely with the customer until they get good results. Once they get the results, you will most likely have a very loyal customer who may decide to become a Distributor.

 

REMEMBER... YOU ONLY HAVE ONE CHANCE TO MAKE A GOOD IMPRESSION! The extra time required to do proper follow up will be well worth your time!

 


 

Asking Satisfied Customers for Referrals

 

When you find a satisfied customer who likes the product, simply ask them for referrals.  Who better to give you a referral than someone who loves the product?

Simply ask your customer if they know of anyone who might also be able to benefit from the product and if they could forward your website and contact information along to those people. Since the information is coming from a friend along with a good review, the new prospect is more likely to take it seriously and be willing to give it a try.

This lead generation strategy is so simple and effective, yet always gets overlooked.
